There is a direct connection between how we perceive conflict and our innate conflict managing styles. Understanding who we are as conflict managers will improve how we perceive conflict. And, this understanding will directly affect how we manage/defuse conflict in our personal and professional lives.

Conflict is inevitable; it does not exist in a vacuum and it does not have to be perceived negatively. With the proper training, conflict can be easily and effectively managed. During the course of the workshop, we will acknowledge the various conflict managing styles, discuss each styles preferred managing method, and design individualized conflict management systems to help facilitate effective conflict management.

At the conclusion of the workshop, you will be a better conflict manager, have a better understanding of the various conflict managing styles and will have the tools required to deal effectively with the various styles.
